Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

If you bought a Schizm Pro license and you want your money back within 30 days, you get it. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to prove anything, and we will not try to talk you out of it or offer a discount code instead. We do not do partial refunds.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your purchase receipt. Include the order number if you have it handy. If you do not, your email address is enough to find the purchase.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for the sale, back to your original payment method. We do not sit on refund requests. Once the refund is issued, the money usually reappears within a few working days, on your bank’s or card issuer’s own schedule.

What a refund does to your license

It ends it. All Pro features switch off on your machines shortly after the refund goes through (the Terms, section 5). The free features of both apps keep working.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Digital content delivered immediately is normally an exception to that right. This policy is more generous than the statutory right in every respect, so the 30 days above cover you.
